Frequently Asked Questions:

 

Q: Are the products you sell authentic?

A: Everything we sell is 100% new and authentic.  We do not sell returned or opened products.

 

Q: How can I ensure the product I receive is fresh?

A: As a high volume reseller, our turnover is very high.  The average shelf life of a product on our shelves is 2-6 weeks, depending on the popularity of the product.  Products with expiration dates will be at least 1 year ahead.

 

Q: I do not see the product I need available under the brands that you offer.

A: Most likely we have it in stock, or we will be able to stock it within a few business days.  In general we try to carry the entire product line for the brand names we offer.  Just contact us for special requests.

 

Q: Can you help me pick out a product best for my skin condition?

A: While we do have staff estheticians available for general product questions, we cannot offer any opinions without seeing you in person.  Each individual has unique skin types which cannot be described accurately in words.  We recommend you try out new products at your local salon or department store before ordering online.

 

Q: How much is shipping, and do you ship internationally?

A: Shipping/handling within the USA is free.  We do not ship outside the USA.

 

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: We ship all orders within 1 business day.  Orders paid last noon PST Friday through Saturday will be shipped the following Monday.  Orders paid on Sunday will be shipped the following Tuesday.

 

Q: Are tracking numbers available for my order?

A: Yes, we ship all orders via USPS.  All orders have tracking numbers which can be tracked at the USPS website.

 

Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?

A: Our pricing is fixed however we do offer reward bonuses for repeat customers.  Please contact us for more information on our rewards program.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept return/exchanges within 14 days from the date the order is tracked as delivered.  We may charge a 15% restocking fee for opened products, and our original shipping/handling expenses are not refundable.
